1. Order Cancellation

• You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or phone using the contact information provided below.

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of kids’ clothing and hygiene reasons, we have a strict no-return policy on regular items.

• Damaged or Defective Items: We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photo/video evidence. Upon verification, we will gladly offer a full replacement or a full refund.

• Wrong Item Shipped: If we accidentally ship the wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and send the correct item or provide a full refund.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected (for approved cases), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
