1. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or phone using the contact information provided below.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of kids’ clothing and hygiene reasons, we have a strict no-return policy on regular items.
Damaged or Defective Items: We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photo/video evidence. Upon verification, we will gladly offer a full replacement or a full refund.
Wrong Item Shipped: If we accidentally ship the wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free return and send the correct item or provide a full refund.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (for approved cases), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
